5/A Baker® Fly Mask comes with an EVA lining that provides insulation to the brow area along with giving UV protection to those areas particularly for horses susceptible to Uveitis (Red/Pink Eye). The elevated EVA lining allows good air circulation under the fly mask. The mask is the most suitable solution for the constant issue of the insect irritation to the eye and face area. It is designed to sit up off the horses face to prevent folding onto the eye and ensuring greater comfort. It is washable, durable and lightweight. It acts as a barrier against the heat of the sun while promoting a level of airflow around the eye region. This soft EVA lining prevents lacerations of the cornea, insulates the forehead and shades the eyes. Three strategically located darts create a cantilever to lift the EVA linger and the outer mesh for high ventilation.
